As Ayurveda cook and Ayurveda nutrition specialist I follow my calling in cooking and counselling. I especially like to share my love of Ayurveda with other people.
For me daily cooking is an art of living and meditation. The benefits of the ayurvedian cooking doctrine are accomplished, when the food is cooked freshly and gets directly onto the table without having to wait a long time or making a long way. That's one more reason to share this valuable knowledge with people, who are open and ready for this experience and know to appreciate these qualities!

For me the fascination of the Ayurvedic doctrines lies within the basic principle of salvation, which can so easily be felt through its utilisation. Our food is a natural remedy. In Ayurveda it is successfully applied for preventing as well as healing therapies.
